Our coffee beans are hand selected by a partnership we have with our importer who selects our beans by hand. Our beans are from Ethiopia, Brazil, Kenya, Columbia, and Nicaragua. Our coffee beans are picked based on their growing resins, harvesting-times, processes, importing and shipping. We are glad to be roasting coffee here at Gigi’s Coffee House in Ontonagon, Michigan.
