Colombia Decaf

Colombia Dark Roast 12oz - This is the same single-origin coffee that we use in our medium roast, but the roast profile is different. For the roaster, this is challenging. We take this one hotter and deeper into the development phase, giving it a dark and roasty nuance, but we do it carefully so as not to introduce bitter or smoky flavors. Still sweet, with a dark edge to it, this is one of our favorite coffees.
